I've always had a special affinity with dogs, and working with them is a dream.

 

Growing up, we had two collies, Sam and Ben. I chose Ben. There was something about him that made him stand out amongst his litter of pups. He taught me unconditional love. I remember lying on the kitchen floor with him whenever I needed a hug.

When I moved out, I adopted Dillon. Dillon was a cocker spaniel and my best friend. When he was 6 years old, he had to have a spinal operation. Training him, rehabilitating him and  keeping him a good state of health was a difficult and rewarding path. He sadly passed away with congestive heart failure in August 2022 at the great age of 15 and I miss him every day.

In October 2023, Luna, my Bolognese puppy came into my life and immediately fit right into my small group walks. She's sociable, friendly, and has a huge personality. Every day, our connection gets stronger and stronger.

My love for all the dogs in my life was the reason I began Bonnie Moments. Life and stress often gets in the way of our quality time with our pets, and I wanted to make sure that there was always someone there for our pups when their owners can't be.
